During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel. They made me feel at home and were always available to assist with any requests. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to key attractions and public transportation options. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the holiday festivities. Lastly, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms that provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. the room door was problematic and despite attempts to fix it, it remained faulty.
